customer trust is important at tamigo

We understand that data is central to your operations. At tamigo your data is kept private and safe.

We are committed to privacy, security compliance and transparency. To earn our customers' trust, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer. To further earn our customers’ trust, our Data Protection Agreement (DPA) has been updated to provide you with contractual commitments regarding tamigo's compliance with GDPR.

tamigo assist you with GDPR compliance
Roles and custom roles

You can already configure tamigo so that your employees only can access pages that they are meant to access. You can also create custom roles in tamigo to ensure that different employees who handle data (managers, planners, payroll) only will see necessary data.

Hide absence reasons
Employees’ absence reasons are considered sensitive data in GDPR. You can configure tamigo to only display absence reasons to the employee who requests the absence, and to his or her supervisor.
Data anonymisation
This feature will allow you to permanently remove sensitive and identifiable data from an employee, and in this way, ensure compliance with the right to be forgotten.
Export all data for a single employee
Based on GDPR data mobility requirements, it will be possible to export a file containing all data for a specific employee that was stored in tamigo – personal and salary details, shifts, vacations, documents, etc.
Employee data field visibility per role
Currently, it is possible to adjust which employee data fields are visible across roles. It will be possible to show and hide certain fields based on who is viewing the data. For example, a payroll responsible person will only see employee details, which are needed to pay out wages.
